Hi, I’ve been having a lot of issues with a withdrawal I made from royal Vegas casino about two weeks ago. I was advised last week that my documents had been verified and that I would receive an email when the withdrawal was released and sent via etransfer. My username on the site is tommy2664. After a week waiting I sent an email back to the customer support and they congratulate me on my documentation being verified and that I would have to wait a little longer for my funds to be released. Here we are over two weeks later and nothing has been resolved. I am slightly frustrated but mostly nervous that I will not receive my withdrawal that I am rightly entitled to. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, I received an email yesterday saying that my withdrawal has finally been released and that I should receive my $5,000 in 3-7 business days. I will keep the page updated. Hopefully I do in fact receive the funds soon. Thanks!
