I've made a depoist of $20 via paysafe about at 5.30 am Australian time and it has coming back saying pending which is not right as the funds are not in my paysafe card anymore I have contacted paysafecard and they have confirmed that the payment has gone through they also provided me with the transcation number which is ......... (Supplied to Royal Vegas)
I have provided all the transcation number details. I also forwarded them a screen shot of my account balance and transcation history and also forwarded them a confirmation email from paysafe. Royal Vegas responded advising me it will take up 24-48 hours to be recfied which I can not see why it can't be credited to my account immediately?

Hi Ray

After receiving your mail I investigated your issue and the $20 you queried was credited to your gaming account today. As you also received a purchase match on this your account balance is now 40.19AUD.

There was, however, another 20AUD transaction that was made afterwards that has timed out and has not been successful.
