No withdrawal and no information


Hi,

I made a withdrawal 3 days ago, but is has not been processed. My account is fully verified and I haven't got any more mail or information from Roy Richie after requesting withdrawal. Sent several e-mails without answer. Live chat not open. What is happening? The withdrawal is made through Trustly. At least I want to know if I need to do anything more?

Roy Richie didn't respond to my first case here on Askgamblers. Got a bit worried so decided to withdraw most of my balance. Now I have several pending withdrawals that they are not processing. Most times they don't answer my e-mails. When they do, they say they are having technical difficulties with Trustly and that I should have patience. I have said that another method could work out instead, but they ignore that. In total I've sent around 30 e-mails about this now. They say that they "have escalated the issue" and "Please note that your payment is with status priority". But what kind of case with priority take all this time? It's crazy. 

These are my withdrawals that are not being processed right now, 5 in total: 

1. 30 000 SEK

2. 50 000 SEK

3. 45 000 SEK

4. 25 000 SEK

5. 55 000 SEK
