Roy Richie Casino - Delayed withdrawal using Trustly

Applied for a withdrawal of 11.315 SEK on november 20th, and verified the account the same day, with Trustly which should take 1-2 work days and still haven't got it. Been in contact with support three times and they have said they are bringing the message forward to the financial division. Also, I was told they had technical issues using Neteller... the thing is that the withdrawal was made using Trustly.
