Another Delayed Payout


I made a withdrawel request on Nov. 27th of 1.909€ via skrill and the status is still on "pending".

I sent a few emails and get an answer yesterday with the following reason: "...We need to inform you that unfortunately, our Payment Department still experience some difficulties with processing the withdrawal, since we are having too much traffic withdrawals lately..."

Furthermore the live chat is offline the last few days.
