I have had a pending withdrawal since 9/5/11 and my documents were approved on 9/9/11. Today marks the 18th business day and I have not heard anything about my withdrawal. I have emailed finance 3 times and have had no response and chat wouldn't help either. Rome's website states Contact us via email and receive a response within 24 hours, or talk to someone now via phone or live chat. I CALLED ROME CASINO TODAY SO I COULD GIVE THEM AN UPDATE ON PHONE NUMBERS AND CREDIT CARDS USED AND I WAS TOLD THAT SUPPORT COULD NOT HELP ME. I ASKED FOR SOMEONE IN THEIR ACCOUNTING AND THEY COULDN'T HELP ME WITH THAT EITHER, HE SAID ACCOUNTING WAS ACTUALLY IN ANOTHER BUILDING BUT I COULD EMAIL STUART@ROMECASINO.COM. SO I EMAILED MY PHONE NUMBERS AND EVEN MY WORK CELL TO STUART@ROMECASINO.COM AND NO REPLY AND NO PHONE CALLS. I CHECKED MY CALLER ID WHEN I GOT HOME AND NO PHONE CALLS ON IT EITHER. NOW I AM WONDERING WHY THEY NEED TO CALL ME ANYWAY SINCE I SCANNED AND EMAILED ALL OF THE CARDS I USED AT ROME CASINO EVEN AN OLD EXPIRED CARD THAT THEY INSISTED ON ME SCANNING AND EMAILING AND BOTH HAD MY NAME BIG AND BOLD ON IT. I DON'T KNOW WHAT THE HOLD UP IS.
