Withdrawal rejected again and again 10 days in a row

I try to withdraw 102e from this casino. I deposited 50e.

My KYC and everything is fine.

Every day my withdrawal was rejected.

They tell me to try again, try a different method, etc. I try to solve my case in chat but no one can help me. I asked them to connect me with the manager, but they tell me he is not available.

I used every withdrawal method that this casino has.10 days, every day the same situation.

I don't know what to do, they won't pay me.

They can't help and every day is like marmot day.

Finally, they paid me after 15 days and after all of my complaints.
I had such a bad experience with this site. Their behavior was unacceptable.
There is no way to get help or resolve issues through their support, emails, etc.
This is one of the worst casinos I’ve ever played at.
