Suspended account for no reason and without information

Hello, I have played at romancasino for about 2 months, I did the KYC about 1 month ago and I had many deposits and withdrawals, all the sudden my account was suspended (I did not even request a withdraw now), I still can login but I can't do anything, I have 8554 euro there, my live chat and agent options are also not available so I was only able to write email, but they not responding (they have 24 hours to respond, but its now more)

I would love to withdraw my funds from them.
