Refuse to verify me

I won 4971 on this website last week by depositing with Bitcoin, I completed the verification and sent everything they asked me of fairly quickly... They then requested I send them a proof of deposit and once again I sent that the same day... They then requested that the proof of deposit show my name to which I explained to chat and email support numerous times that what they are asking for is impossible because my wallet is on blockchain.com and they do not require kyc therefore my name does not appear, I sent them screenshots of the transaction, the transaction id, the hash, sent them pictures of the deposit showing simultaneously with my email address and still all that was no good... After trying over 10 times to explain all this and getting the same answer, I have come here in hopes u can help me resolve this.

Closing my account and confiscating the winnings

In December 2024 I registered at RomanCasino, deposited about 1000PLN. Since January 2, I have been trying to withdraw the 1435PLN that I won at this casino. For 14 days my withdrawals have been canceled 10 times and I have not received any money to this day. I contacted support, which explained technical problems, so I ordered withdrawals through various methods and each was cancelled within 24 hours. Today I tried to log in to my account at RomanCasino and the account was blocked for no reason with my winnings of 1435PLN. My account is 100% verified. The winnings come from my deposits. I haven't been able to withdraw any money since I opened my account a few weeks ago.

Romancasino declined withdrawals

I made a deposit of 2800 pln and won more than 15000 pln on sports betting. Since 06.01.2025 I try to withdraw my funds to Skrill and they always decline my withdrawals suggesting that this withdrawal method is currently unavailable and I should try other option. I tried also Neteller and bank transfer and the answer is still the same. Everyday their response is the same. I have never had such a problem to withdraw my funds.

Suspended account for no reason and without information

Hello, I have played at romancasino for about 2 months, I did the KYC about 1 month ago and I had many deposits and withdrawals, all the sudden my account was suspended (I did not even request a withdraw now), I still can login but I can't do anything, I have 8554 euro there, my live chat and agent options are also not available so I was only able to write email, but they not responding (they have 24 hours to respond, but its now more)

I would love to withdraw my funds from them.

I try to withdraw 102e from this casino. I deposited 50e.

My KYC and everything is fine.
