Verification Rolletto
I registered with Rolletto, then deposited money and received a bonus. After completing the conversion, I was asked to verify, as in every betting site. It was stated that this verification process will generally be completed within 24 hours, although a maximum of 48 hours. I uploaded my ID and address document and a selfie to the system and my account was verified. But the real problem started after this. I was asked to make video verification. Just 1 hour after this request, on February 11, I sent my video verification content to Rolletto. However, I have not received an answer to my e-mails for 5 days. I am told that I only have to wait for an e-mail from the live support team. Although the notification they normally give is 48 hours, it took approximately 120 hours, but I did not receive a response. My deposit tab is open, but my withdrawal page seems inactive. I kindly request the rolletto team to step up their response and verification. I want my problems to be solved and I want to continue my betting life comfortably, freely and quickly with Rolletto. I hope they will be more informative about how many more days we need to wait and the content of this process. I think customer information is important.
