Withdraw page is disabled due KYC without any specific timeframe

Facts:
- Deposited 524 EUR on Dec 28, 2024
- Won it up until 780 EUR on Dec 29, 2024
- Tried to withdraw 768 EUR, withdrawal rejected due to KYC request
- I almost immediately supplied all required KYC documents (ID picture + video verification) (Dec 30, 2024)
- Casino response for documents: Wait for verification results
- It has been more than 8 days since that, the casino still tells me to wait for KYC confirmation, without any timeframe or problem specified.
- The withdrawal page is disabled for me, I can not initiate a withdrawal.
Goals with this complaint:
- Make Rolletto unlock my withdrawal page
- Process the withdrawal of my FULL current account balance (780 EUR)
