Rolletto Refused to let me Withdraw after 6 months

I want to share with you an example of scam casino.

Welcome to Rolletto,

They closed withdrawal for my account back in December where they said some investigation stuff needs to be done, which could take up to 6 months. I was feeling a bit sceptical about that because at first I didn't do anything against t&c to investigate me but okay I waited. After 6 months (June 2nd few days ago) I contacted them and they said I can withdraw all my funds and after that they will close my account. I made first withdraw on June 5th and it was successful. After that they just removed my account I can't even login anymore. So I don't understand why they have done it and I feel scammed.

So let me get this straight, you deposit your money on a gamble site, win there and they can decide whether they will let you withdraw or delete all your earnings just because they can? How is that fair? Please explain to me. If I won and didnt break any t&c then let me withdraw. I'll probably file a court complaint in london if they dont resolve this.

Following a careful review of valid information and proof presented by Rolletto Casino management, the AskGamblers Complaint Team confirms that the issue, subject to this dispute, is referring to e-Sports and has nothing to do with casino-related matters. Unfortunately, that means the case has been submitted in violation of the AGCCS Guidelines, section Not a casino-related issue and therefore, this complaint is being rejected.

And while I was playing tickets for 2–3 months, nothing was linked. You investigated for 6 months and found absolutely no connection to anyone. Now, after all that waiting, right when the money is supposed to be paid out, you suddenly find a connection to another profile? How is that even possible? This is shameful, no one is going to fall for this story.

This is impossible because I have only created one account under my name. I don't have a brother, and there is no one else in my household who could have created an account. Furthermore, if my friends happen to have accounts or play, how can I control that? Does this mean only one person out of a thousand people I know is allowed to have an account, otherwise, if they happen to match the same address, everything gets shut down immediately? Everything was fine until it was time to withdraw the money; as soon as it comes to that, a hundred different excuses are made up.

We would like to provide additional clarification regarding this complaint.

Our investigation established a connection between the player's account and another account through matching IP and device data. The accounts shared the same IP address, browser version, operating system, and overlapping activity patterns.

Our records show that one account was previously restricted from participating in E-sports betting activities. Following this restriction, another account was registered and used to continue participating in E-sports betting activities under different personal details.

The player states that no connection was identified during the investigation and that a withdrawal was processed before the account closure. To clarify, the initial review resulted in the approval of a £2,000 withdrawal. However, additional verification procedures continued after that stage and subsequently confirmed the connection between the accounts, leading to the final decision.

As a result, the accounts were found to be in breach of Section 9 of our Terms and Conditions, which states that only one account is permitted per person, household, or IP address. This section further provides that creating multiple player accounts may lead to the termination of such accounts and that any winnings accrued through a duplicate account may be reclaimed by the operator. In accordance with these Terms, the remaining balance and winnings were confiscated.

A detailed explanation together with supporting evidence has already been submitted to the AskGamblers Team via email and is available for their independent review.

Despite numerous attempts to communicate with their support team, I have been met with vague responses, endless delays, and a complete lack of transparency regarding my account status.

A few weeks ago, my account was suddenly blocked, and my balance was frozen without warning. I contacted customer support multiple times and was informed that my account was “under investigation.” However, they refuse to provide any details regarding the investigation, a valid reason for withholding my funds, or a timeline for resolution.


Despite my repeated follow-ups, Rolletto continues to ignore my requests for a clear explanation and immediate withdrawal of my rightful funds. Their lack of transparency and refusal to release my money is deeply concerning, and I strongly believe they are engaging in unfair and unethical practices.


Attempts to Resolve the Issue:

I have contacted their support team multiple times via email and live chat.

I have asked for specific details about the investigation and when I will receive my funds.

They continue to evade my questions and provide no resolution.

My funds remain illegally withheld with no timeframe for release.


Request for Assistance:

I kindly request AskGamblers’ intervention to help mediate this dispute and hold Rolletto accountable. My funds must be released immediately, and they should provide a legitimate reason for their actions.
