Withdrew 6000£ over 3 weeks ago they said they sent the payment but it’s on hold by my bank. Spoke to my bank who said they never hold payments going into someone’s account.
I keep getting told it will be investigated and I will receive an email but I never do! They seem to be holding it. I had one email with the image of the transaction which clearly stakes it’s on hold for kyc their end.
Getting annoyed.
