Rolletto scamming me for 14000

This has happened to many others as I have read on google and this website including others.

I deposited about €1900 at first through bitcoin, then another €900 (total 2800)

I have been betting on sports + esports and won about 12000 euro, so my balance is around 14k.

After now having been limited, and not able to bet anymore, I have tried withdrawing my money. They ask for KYC verification with ID, address, and selfie video proof etc. I have sent everything they provided, and all my documents are verified according to their support.

On October 6, 2 weeks ago, I was told that all my documents are verified and I won't have to send in anything else. Yet when I try to withdraw it tells me I don't have permission to (for no reason!)

I email these disgusting scammers and all they keep telling me is that my account is under investigation, just like everyone else is explaining under the bad reviews.

They are doing this to everyone apparently. As soon as you try to withdraw your winnings, your account is under investigation for no reason, all to delay and prevent paying you out your winnings. There is literally no reason for me to be under investigation, as I'm sure is the case for everyone that this happened to - they literally just want to scam you by delaying as long as possible.

Emails that prove that these guys are refusing to explain anything, just copypasting the same BS over and over.

"Greetings, Your account is under investigation, you will be contacted with an update as soon as possible. Best regards, Lily / Support Agent."

I hope you guys in Rolletto see this, and if you keep delaying this issue I will make sure to take legal action and other consequences.

Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details and/or proof presented by the parties during the complaint process, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that Rolletto Casino management acted in accordance with their Terms and Conditions.

Based on the abovementioned information, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved and it is now officially closed. While we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that, in case of a disagreement with our decision, further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.

We have further reviewed your case in detail. Unfortunately, our fraud department has determined that your action violates the site's terms and conditions.

According to the ninth article of our Websites terms and conditions, "USE OF PLAYER ACCOUNT," - Only one Account is allowed per person, household, or IP address.

Creating multiple Player Accounts by a single Player can lead to the termination of all such Accounts.

From our side, there is indisputable evidence that more than one User was used from the same IP address and device. Also, according to our rules, The Player shall not provide access to their Player Account or allow using the Website to any third party, including but not limited to minors.
Besides that, according to the tenth article, "ANTI-FRAUD POLICY."

The Company has a strict anti-fraud policy and utilizes various anti-fraud tools and techniques. If the Player is suspected of fraudulent actions including, but not limited to:
Creating two or more accounts;
In all cases provided in this clause, the Company may, at its sole discretion, terminate the Account due to suspicion of fraud and refund the last deposited amounts minus 20% of that amount charged as a transaction fee.

Unfortunately, we cannot be loyal to those customers who violate our terms and conditions since our Company strictly monitors and responsibly adheres to the so-called Fair play principle.

Dear AskGamblers Complaints Team,


I am reaching out to formally submit a complaint against Rolletto Casino, which has been unlawfully withholding my funds and refusing to provide a resolution. Despite numerous attempts to communicate with their support team, I have been met with vague responses, endless delays, and a complete lack of transparency regarding my account status.

Issue Summary:

A few weeks ago, my account was suddenly blocked, and my balance was frozen without warning. I contacted customer support multiple times and was informed that my account was “under investigation.” However, they refuse to provide any details regarding the investigation, a valid reason for withholding my funds, or a timeline for resolution.


Despite my repeated follow-ups, Rolletto continues to ignore my requests for a clear explanation and immediate withdrawal of my rightful funds. Their lack of transparency and refusal to release my money is deeply concerning, and I strongly believe they are engaging in unfair and unethical practices.


Attempts to Resolve the Issue:

I have contacted their support team multiple times via email and live chat.

I have asked for specific details about the investigation and when I will receive my funds.

They continue to evade my questions and provide no resolution.

My funds remain illegally withheld with no timeframe for release.


Request for Assistance:

I kindly request AskGamblers’ intervention to help mediate this dispute and hold Rolletto accountable. My funds must be released immediately, and they should provide a legitimate reason for their actions.


This casino’s behavior raises serious concerns about their fairness and integrity, and I urge you to take appropriate action to ensure they do not continue to mistreat players in this manner.
