Not receiving my 7500 withdrawals
I have requested two withdrawals on the Rolletto website one for €5000 and the other for €2500.
I went through the verification process and this was completed on 27/09/22. My withdrawals were then marked as „success“. After a few days, I contacted support as I had not received my money. Initially, they advised it can take 24 hours from a „success“ withdrawal to the funds appearing in my bank. However, days passed and I had still not received it. This is when I start getting conflicting information, either there was an issue and the finance department must look into it, or just wait a bit longer.
I have played in many casinos and have never had such a delay in a withdrawal via bank transfer to receive it. Then on 03/10/22, I am sent an email with a screenshot showing my two withdrawals with were apparently sent on 27th and 28th of September. And today 04/10/22 I ask IT again where my money is and when exactly it was sent. They cannot answer and again say this will be raised with the relevant department and please wait.
It seems like this is a never-ending story and I ask the AskGamblers team to help me to resolve this issue.
