I played at rolleto for a couple of months. I only played sportsbetting without any bonuses, When I wanted to withdraw my money I went through their normal verification process on the website. That was succeeded, after that Rolleto sent me an email wanting me to send an video that got verified as well.
Later same day I get an email saying that my account is under investigation. I can't access my account under that time, the investigation can apparently take 6 months.
I had approximately 4800 euros in my account that have been locked for almost 2 weeks. I was given no reason for the investigation. See attached.
