Withdrew £2000 over a week ago they said they sent the payment but it’s on hold by my bank. Spoke to my bank who said they never hold payments going in to someone’s account.
I keep getting told it will be investigated and I will receive and email but I never do! They seem to be holding it. I had one email of the image of the transaction which clearly stakes it’s on hold for kyc their end.
Getting annoyed.

Was told yesterday wait until the end of the day and I will have my funds.. still no funds. Spoke to someone today who said there’s issues with payment provider wait until end of today. I am getting really annoyed now this is not acceptable behaviour. They seem to do it to everybody looking at the reviews of their site. It’s not fair
