Riva Poker - Withdrawal not processed for more than 13 days

I made a winning at Riva Poker and made my withdrawal via Neteller on 5 February 2013,

I also received an email of withdrawal notification, the email stated that the process of my withdrawal will be validated within 96 hours. But until now (already 13 days) the withdrawal still yet to validate.

So far I never received any email updating me the status, I have check with the casino customer service, and I were informed that the withdrawal was pending processed by their payment agent, I ask her when can the withdrawal validate (as normal processing time is only 96 hours) and she said she can't confirm and ask me to wait until the payment agent email me to confirm withdrawal validated.

My username registered with tehm is P9R79662392.

Please let us know if there's an update regarding your ongoing complaint. Please keep in mind that you are supposed to reply within the given 96-hours time frame, otherwise AskGamblers Complaints Team will consider the case as Resolved and it will be closed accordingly.

Riva Casino and my money

i have a problems with this casino withdraw the money..i manage to make 1900 little bit less on this casino making deposit of 20eur and i played2 days to make so much money..when im done i process to withdrawal option and make withdraw it was date 2.11.2012
than they validated and all that and send money,yes but in other account from unknown person this i saw when they send me a mail..im notified them its mistake be made and they corect..than its start happening..i conntacted them many times sending them mails and always the same replay..WE GAVE YOUR DETAILS TO FINANCAL DEPARTMENT.untill today i havent money and today are we 30.12.2012..im stil waiting and i also notified and send email to autorities for gamblers in malta-the court.i think are they the court so i hope they will bring me good will..and im totaly disapointed all month i mean all decembre couse are many holidays and the banks dont work and all that so day to day battle are near end now i hope and i want the damn money...
mthis winning money was validated 20 times from novembre and i want and ask you how long do you going to play games with me i know now are holidays and i dont want to break your party but you are casino god dammit..when player request a withdraw he gets it like in all casinos i he win 10000eur must get it or if win 30 eur and request a withdraw he also gets it isnt so..why you are exception???tell me please and how long must i wait ??? i hope i will posted that i get money couse this site is popular you know..for now good bye and hope on happy new year with cash.for now on its youst a complaint couse im patient guy on luck regards david z

unsecured money transfer

first one please sorry baout my english.
now i'm win in Riva casino (mandaplay.ltd - licensed under Malta jurisdiction )€ 1250 (litle be more ) and this money i'm send to cashier for withdrawal requet to my neteller account.(max 5 days for new player - all document plus deposit ready)
afetr 5 days i'm send question to casino becose money not recieved but answer is shock !somebody hacked my account and not just money from account cca € 40 but cancel withdrawal proccess and bring back to real account this money and loss !!
i absolutly dont know for what exist this function and i'm never see this befoure!!
but problem is one casino do this tranfer from withdrawal department to player account without any security control absolutly unsecured??!!!
hacked any username or password is very easy (for hacker) but know any security question from plaeyrs personal details its impossible! (information from google about hacking and virus)
now i think casino must garranty full players protection special all finacial transaction out or in side casino!!!
yes is impossible garranty protection anti hacking ok but for i'm do this transfer all money to withdrawal proccess becose after this is all under control caschier or withdrawal department!!
about function money back to account i'm see this first time and last few days control over 100 casinos in europe and other country but this function have just Riva casino and Club gold casino !!!
Ok but absolutly ingore this problem send my copy terms & condition wher is about third person etc.absolutly ignore this security problem !!!
Please help my with this problem .i want this money back!!
P.S. in friday 20/01/2011 i'm send official complaints to lotteries & gaming authority Malta about this security problem .
