Withdrawals are blocked by the casino

I signed up to the site and selected a sportsbook first deposit bonus of 100% up to 200€.

I managed to clear the bonus by adhering to all the rules and restrictions related to said bonus. When the bonus cleared, my account says I have 605,77€ real balance.

I tried withdrawing my winnings, but the withdrawal was denied without any explanation. After that, the website says "Withdrawals blocked. Withdrawals are restricted by the operator."

I contacted support via their chat, and the person there told me "my account is under management's review" and that "I will be informed when it is done". I have not received any explanation or messages from the casino, and I do not understand what the issue is here.

It has been a week since I contacted customer service, and I still haven't received any information regarding my withdrawal status or the reason my account is under review. The casino also says, "It looks like your account does not require verification. Enjoy our games!"

I don't know what else to do here, as the casino is not replying to me or informing me in any way. Please help me resolve this matter with the casino.
