Withdrawal blocked by operator
Hello AskGamblers Complaints Team,
I’m submitting a complaint about Rich Royal regarding a blocked withdrawal.
I have a real money balance of €495.28, but I cannot withdraw any funds. In the withdrawal section, the site shows the message: “Withdrawals blocked. Withdrawals are restricted by the operator.” The withdrawal option is effectively disabled on my account.
I contacted their live chat support. The agent (“Mollie”) said they were checking and later replied that they had sent the request and that the withdrawal should be processed soon. When I asked why withdrawals were still blocked and whether it would be processed anyway, support replied: "I had already submitted the request and that I would receive a response shortly". After 20 hours I still havent recevied a response.
Withdrawals remain blocked and I have not received a clear explanation, timeframe, or actionable steps to resolve it. Now agents on chat saying I must wait.
