Casino is declining my withdraw

Hello Askgamblers and Rich Royal

I made a withdraw amount of 300 eur on 30.1.2026.

I waited 96 hours which were in casino terms.

My withdraw was cancelled and after asking reason I got answer that it was rejected by my bank.

I contacted Zimpler which was the provider of that transact andthey checked it by withdraws reference number.

This is Zimplers answer:

Then i contacted chat again and they told me that they had verified everything and it should have been ok by them. And then told me that my new withdraw (amount of 500 eur) should be processed by in the morning (4.2.2026)

Nothing happened in the morning and I contacted chat again.

They told me to wait and told me about this 96hours window.

Please Askgamblers, provide your assistance on this thing that feels like lying and stalling!
