Hello,

I have a problem with the Rich Royal Casino website.

I'm addicted to gambling, and on the advice of my doctor, he asked me to close my accounts.

So I requested a withdrawal of my balance, amounting to 240 euros, on September 27th.
For some unknown reason, it was canceled. I resumed it on September 28th, and it's still pending. Today is the 2nd, and the deadline has passed!

I contacted them via chat on the 30th, and they told me that the withdrawal had been processed and that it depended on my bank.

Today, the 2nd, I contacted them to tell them that I hadn't received the funds yet. To my amazement, they told me that it was finally scheduled for October 4th, and that it was late. I'm afraid that on the 4th, they'll postpone it again and again.

I'll remind you of my situation: I'm addicted, I want to collect my winnings to permanently close my account.
