Gave me a hard time paying my $9,696 winnings
I signed up to EmuCasino and played the Big Bad Wolf slot machine game. I had winnings of $9696.00 and requested to withdraw my winnings on 30 April 2018.
I have made numerous attempts to contact them to withdraw my winnings but keep receiving excuses as to why they cannot deposit funds into my account.
I have complied with each and all of their requests and to this day they still refuse to pay me out.
Currently they do not deny that I am entitled to these winnings however they are complaining that the bank account details I am providing do not function and the deposit keeps bouncing back (even though the account details I have provided are my standard day-day bank account details).
emu casino then asked me to provide alternitive bank details, i then provided my brother's bank account details but they said the winnings had to go into my name. So I created a bew account with the same bank and provided them with those bank account details and now they are not responding to me at all.
I am entitled to these winnings but they are avoiding paying me out what I am entitled to. Please help me.
