I am looking to receive my redemption submitted on 12/26/2022 in the sum of 60,000 USD. I filled out all verification details as well as an affidavit. All of this was completed and returned on or by 12/31/2022. I have spoken with the customer service team via chat multiple times. They continue to state that my redemption is currently in the hands of the payments team, you can expect an email from with an update soon. Customer Service stated that the update may come within 3 days. On 1/2/2023 I received the following email.

Hello matt,
Congratulations - your redemption of $12000.00 (2023-­01-­02T­10:­39:­58.755) from Pulsz.com is on its way. You don't need to do anything else except wait for it to hit your selected account!
Waiting for a multiple redemption?
If you submitted multiple redemptions - it is likely these are being sent in one payment (but you may receive this email more than once!) You will receive this in your nominated account within 3 business days (although we strive for it to be much quicker).

I have not received any additional communication sense this email. Any support to resolve this would be great. I have all chat transcripts and email communication saved.

Received the following today - Still no update or ETA... Same verbiage as always "soon"
