I won with free money and succeed wagering requirments and sended all documents they asked. So I made 160€ withdrawal what was max with free money.
I also asked fron chat that everything was fine and withdrawal is coming. Just need to wait 48h. I have screenshots from those livechats.
Today I couldnt log in anymore my account and now they told me I didnt pass security check. And cant reopen account.
just looks to me that they dont want to pay me because I used free money to win fair.
