Red Stag Casino - Delayed payout of $1600, poor support

Like the other complaint, red stag is delaying paymentof winnings. Withdrawal posted on 12 12. On 12 15 withdrawal was removed from pending. When I spoke with chat they claimed I didn have a pending withdrawal or processed withdrawal. After providing screenshots and stating the validity of claim the chat person said, oh yes it's processing but blockchain is overloaded so taking longer than normal time to process. The next day I reached out to chat and support. I was again confronted with the fact that there was no pending withdrawal or processed one since October. Again, showed proof and they then found it and stated blockchain was clogged and nothing they could do. The next day I spoke with chat again and this time the person tells me I had redeposited all my winnings. After, back and forth I was told same b's excuse. Then I finally received a response by email from support and also from cashier. One stated it was blockchain problem and out of their hands and other stated it was a problem with their processing. Neither gave any time frame for resolution. Emailed again today and have gotten no reply from them. There was several other conversations with chat service where they made false statements and even tried to have me redeposit 1600 because was in two withdrawals and withdrawal one lump sum to fix an error I was encountering when trying to make an additional withdrawal. They are either attempting to use stall tactics or flat out don't plan to pay . Was going to wait to post this but after checking here to see if just me I saw the most recent complaint and since they are feeding me the same false info I thought others may want to know before depositing here. Oh and fyi, blockchain being clogged will leave a transaction possibly pending longer than expected but the transaction is visible on blockchain, just doesn't confirm transaction for longer than normal. But there are no transactions visible to my wallet. And since been days I'm positive this is not the case. Their silence in the matter speaks VOLUMES!

I've checked into this and see that unfortunately the Bitcoin Network is experiencing record usage, resulting in unexpected longer confirmation times and higher fees for transactions. We are hopeful that pending withdrawals will be completed by Christmas.

Well that's the odd that I received an email yesterday stating YOUR bitcoin system was not working, you redeposited my winnings into my acct and now only option I have for withdrawal is check or bank wire. Of course I'm now also restarting the 72 hour pending time, which means I will be lucky for it to be removed from pending until after Christmas day. Then check Wil be another 5-7 business days minimum before am able to see that my payment is delayed again.... But today it's back to blaming blockchain and hopesfor btc withdrawals to be completed by tomorrow( since don't process on weekends) which story are you all sticking to? Problem on your end or network congestion on blockchain? And why is one acct able to use btc for withdrawal yet I am not. And option removed from my acct.??

Seems like more stalling and double speak to me....

I can assure you it is not a stall tactic and the delay with Bitcoin comes from the Bitcoin Network record usage. We have tried our best efforts to deal with this issue and in your case the best option was to choose a different method. You can close the complaint. During the additional 96 + hour pending time I was forced to wait since they cancelled my bitcoin withdrawals, I redeposited the funds and wagered the balance to zero. Will not play here again and I will be Interested to see how long the other complainant is forced to wait to receive payment. And for the record, I've bought btc and transferred deposits and withdrawals during this time with zero issues. Longest wait was 4 hours. So blame it on whatever u want, anyone who plays with btc knows blaming the congestion on blockchain for pending payment from 5th of December or 12th is nonsense. Plus if btc withdrawals aren't an option here, it's way too slow of a process to get paid. But yeah, can close complaint. Thanks askgamblers for getting them to at least respond.
