I was playing with a no deposit bonus of 50 and won a random jackpot before I was through my playthrough. The casino rest the random jackpot to 1000 yet took 5200 from me once I was through my playthrough. They also advertised my name saying I won a 5000 dollar jackpot in which I did not. My question is where does the 5000 dollars go since I did not win it and the jackpot is reset to 1000.

Hi Lindsay--
I'm going to break each bit of your complaint down to make things perfectly clear...
No deposit bonuses have very clear terms:
https://www.ragingbullslots.com/terms.php?
No Deposit Bonuses (Free Chips, Free Spins)
3. Unless otherwise stated, the maximum withdrawal amount from any No Deposit Bonus is 1 time the face value of the bonus, with a minimum of $100. All free chips valued below $50 will come with a cash-out limit of no more than, nor less than, $100.
--
So, starting with this, even though you hit the Random Jackpot, you would only be eligible for a maximum withdrawal of $100. This does NOT negate the fact that you hit the jackpot--it simply makes you ineligible to collect any more than the $100 max.
Next, by playing at our casino (or any online casino for that matter), you are agreeing to the terms and conditions. One of those terms which you've agreed to is this:
General Terms & Conditions for Membership
14. By accepting any prize and/or winnings from the Casino, you consent to the use of your name for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation except where prohibited by law.
The fact is that yes, you won the Random Jackpot. The fact that you were unable to collect on this does not take away from the fact that you won this. As such, we did not do anything untoward by using this for promotional purposes.
Last but not least...
There is another set of terms we should discuss:
General Terms & Conditions for Membership
5. Only one real account per Player is permitted. Multiple accounts will be closed. Players who register multiple accounts (including accounts with different personal details) will not be eligible to receive any winnings, and all withdrawals will be cancelled.
12. The Casino reserves the right to cancel your account for any reason whatsoever at any time without notice to you. Any balance in your account at the time of such cancellation may be credited to you, however, the Casino reserves the right, in its unfettered discretion, to void any winnings and confiscate any balance in your casino account in any circumstances including:
a. If there is evidence to suggest that you have more than one active account for the Casino;
You opened the account which you won the funds on, on January 6th. You also opened more than 30 accounts, over the past couple weeks.
Because of this, your winnings have been voided and your accounts have all been closed.
I'll be sending the necessary evidence to AskGamblers management as proof what I've stated is accurate.
