I played $15 on the day that I won. I played on and off throughout the day and I won $12,000. And when I tried to redeem they locked me out of my account after I told them I was so excited about my Wendy's. that I really needed the money because it would be used to buy a new car.

They took that statement and use that as a reason for concern to block my account, I don't understand it doesn't even make sense what does it have to do with winning money or gambling or the casino. I think it's a lousy excuse and since that I haven't received any of my money and furthermore they won't talk to me about my money, they keep sending me computer generated responses.

They had asked for extra verification which I was already verified, but I did send all that and never heard a word back. I gave them everything they wanted and they still will not pay out. I'm terminally ill and I've had a series of bad events lately as people usually do in life, but the money that I won can definitely be used in his well needed. And like I said, for them to be concerned I've never put in more than a couple hundred dollars in total in their Casino. On the day that I won I put a grand total of $9.99 and then $4.99. That was it, and yet they're going to claim their concerned about me this absolutely is ludicrous.

This casino did come through they did pay out I'm very pleased to say! Now if only they would unlock my account LOL
