I won $233,000 this past Saturday. They sent me an email congratulating me on my big win, asked me if they could send me a bottle of champagne and one of those big cardboard checks for me to make pics with so they could promote on their platforms. I was so excited, this gift couldn’t have come at a more perfect time. Five days pass and I went to login to my account to check the status and I was locked out of my account. I remember the feeling of all of the blood leaving my face. I was sick. I sent them 3 emails asking what was going on.
About 8 hours later I received an email stating they would NOT be fulfilling my redemption request because I was in violation of their terms of service (which I absolutely am NOT) and that they would NOT be reinstating my account. I’ve played on their site for several months. My account was fully verified. I’ve never had any issues before. Then suddenly after I win $233,000 and don’t play it back, I decide to do a redemption request, I’m suddenly in violation of their terms? This is a level of cruelty beyond anything I’ve ever experienced. You lured me into your world with your shiny ads and promotions and social media posts, I come in, spend money time and time again and thoroughly enjoy the experience… and then I win big and I’m locked out of my account, and tossed out like a piece of garbage. I will make it my mission that nobody ever has to go through anything like this ever again.
I have sent I believe 7 emails asking what the violation was and pleading with them to do the right thing… only to be ignored and I’ve never received one single response. This is evil and so wrong in so many ways. I really hope they choose to do the right thing.
