Im fairly new to Pulsz Casino. However, I redeemed twice before. One for $500 and the other for $2000 on Jan 3rd and 5th with no problems. Payments deposited the same day! I ended up winning $3000 on the 8th and decided to redeem the full amount. I received a congratulations email but the redemption is under review before allowing approval. The next day my account started acting weird , wouldn’t load, looks as though I had a whole new account. No record of my previous purchases or redemptions. After a while, I was able to login with old account info. I received an email regarding verification of the card I used. Keep in mind, this the same card I’ve been making purchases. Fine! The link they sent would not work. I contacted customer service and they stated someone will contact me within 72hrs. I was eager to find another way to upload my info. So, I ended up going in my account and there was a place to upload documents, which was reflecting the card I needed to verify. I submitted the documents and followed directions. Soon (the same day) my acct payment area said verified. Great! As I thought. I then received another email the next day about verification. However, the directions were slightly different on how to submit documents. I re-submitted my documents but this time through the link. I’ve contacted support to at least confirm they received those documents. They are clueless. Couldn’t really give me straight answers. The same day I received another email that my documents were received. Now there’s movement! So I thought. I was hit with another email about verification. And again re-submitted the info that was needed. At this point, I am highly frustrated and it seems as though I’m getting run around and will not be paid. I’ve dumped a bunch of money into there site. They made withdrawals from my acct with no problem. Didn’t expect my redemption to take so long with verification issues. Pulsz needs to pay up what’s owed to their customers. They are going to lose a lot of business due to this. Can someone please help me resolve this issue?
