I have been playing Pulsz for many months now. I love their games and find the site very user-friendly. I had not, until recently, won enough to warrant a dispersement. I typically just played the winnings.
However, on 11/26, I requested 2, as I finally had a winning streak. One request for $12,000 and one for $12,000 and one for $3,500, due to the $12,000 ceiling on redemptions.
Since then, I have returned all requested documentation in a very timely manner. I completely understand the need for the process. We had a bit of difficulty with my Apple credit card, as they don’t have three card numbers on them, but did resolve this after a fair amount of back and forth.
All of the interactions have been very professional. I have no complaints there.
But, unfortunately, now I cannot get any responses regarding next steps or expected completion dates.
I am hoping to get some assistance in getting the funds released. I’ve tried calling, but they only allow voice mail messages and no one has returned my calls yet.
