I have been using pulsz for over two years now. I verified my account in October 2022. I have had no issues with Pulsz until now.
On December 18 2023, After adding money to my game I FINALLY hit for over $5,000. This was a life changing win for me. I withdrew $2500 cash and several gift cards through their Prizepick options and did another $100 and $1000 withdraw. I knew it would be a few days and I was ready to patiently await my winnings. I went to log in to my account on December 19, 2023 and it told me Account Locked'.
I contacted support quickly asking what issue there was and what was needed of me. They did not respond for a full day after locking the account. Family and friends told me I most likely just needed to confirm payment method and all would be fine.
I received a response this evening from Pulsz and they told me they had the right to close my a count for any reason and that it was permanent. They also said they would not respond to my replies.
I am never going to understand how this is legal and why they took my money just fine but closed my account and kept the money I won. Please help me get my winnings. I am not sure if this is the proper channel to get this corrected or not but I'm not giving up. They can close my account and that's their choice but MY winnings are MINE! Please help
