I made a withdrawal request of $14,300 a week ago and wa stood 2-3 business days. On the 3rd business day I was emailed asking for pictures of the front and back of the 3 cards I have on file. After doing that, one day later, I was asked to verify my apple wallet phone Id number. After doing that I have not heard from them again.
I have sent 12 unanswered emails requesting the status of my withdrawal and not a single response.
I have made smaller withdrawals before and they came in 2-3 days but on a larger one it has been a terrible experience!
