I won the first amount on 03/02/2025 60000 but I played some of it back and cashed out 52000 had to do 4 12000 and a 4000 redemption that same day I got an email congrats me on my big win and wanting verification of a new card that I used and a notarized affidavit which I sent all back in on 03/04 haven't heard anything else since then it says 3days or less for payout I cancelled the 4000 on March 3 and redeem 3000 of it they hit big again off of it hit a 70000 then played. A lot of it back all in total I was over 120,000 my final cash out was a total of 88,000 I've sent multiple emails and text messages they said they would email when it was finalized and I've heard nothing back today I tried to contact by phone it's just a recording. I just want what I'm owed.

I like the site and the games I've spent thousands on here the customer service is terrible I cashed out last year with no problem money in 3 days It has been over a week now and can't get a response from pulsz giving me a date for when they will send me my money.

The amount they owe me is 88,000 I had it up over 120000 but played alot of it back befor redeeming it .
As. Of today still no response from them

Still the same run around and response from them other then them saying that they recieved all verification and there waiting on processing department
