I have played at pulsz casino for quite a while. I finally managed to win enough to withdraw but when I was doing the verification it said my verification failed and locked my account. Despite multiple emails to pulsz I have received nothing in return. No reply at all. I included all the verification documents they were asking for in my emails as well as uploading them during the original Verification. Please help me resolve this and get my money.
