I have been in contact with them since I withdrew $2033 from them on 3/19/2024. Sent in all cards for verification & I spoke to them today because I am scared it’s because a few of the charges were made from my husband's card, which I am a verified account holder, & now all of a sudden, I am “restricted” to deposit $0 when I haven’t even tried since taking it out on Tuesday the 19 of March. I’m so scared and I even provided documentation from the statement to husband's card where it shows the charges and how I am an authorized user, I just don’t have the card. Help me! Did I mess up? What can I do? Please help me!!
