I’ve been a frequent player at Pulsz, I’ve referred family and friends to this casino and I’ve made tons of deposits and have became a platinum tier level player. Upon winning up in the upwards of 5000+ I tried redeeming $1588 in gift cards and cashing out $2000 to my account and of course giving the rest of my winnings to the casino. They suddenly made it an inconvenience for me to redeem my winnings even though my account is fully verified. I’ve had no problems cashing out to my account before when it was under $1,000 and i feel like the minute I started winning more they’ve delayed and held my winnings and I’ve called several times and no answer or call back, I’ve sent emails. I have a total of $3,588 pending winning redemptions that’s on hold. They had no problem taking my money and I just feel like it’s unfair having reached this far in vip status that they’re now holding my funds. Pulsz I just want what im entitled of given the amount of money of deposits I’ve made with you guys. Thank you.
