I had been using Pulsz for a while now and my first 2 redeem was successful. Until my last redeem of 1000$ and 2500$ on April 8. From that day until now, I still didn’t get any of my redeem.
On April 10, they emailed me and asked me submit card verification and I did submitted the card and also screenshot my card and sent to them.
Then on April 20, they asked me to submit my bank statement and I also did that.
Then no respond at all
Then I email and chat with customer service and they inform me that they got all my documents
Then I email KYC team to see what is going on and they said they will sent my documents to security team.
Email back and forth then no reply at all
It has been over 3 weeks and I still didn’t get any of my redeem at all.
