I won $10,800 on Pulsz on March 20th. I have submitted my card photo for redemption and have followed all instructions. My account says verified. My card shows up as verified on my account as well. I still have not received my payout. I have emailed countless times and today was told my payment verification is currently pending and that they sent me a Card Verification email that I needed to respond to. I did respond to that email when they sent it to me. It does not give me an option to submit another photo of my card.

Everything looks like it's been verified on my end. I do not understand why I have not received my payout.

This is my first time redeeming any casino winnings.

Please help.
