I hit 79k on 10/15/23 playing on Pulsz I ended up redeeming 69k so I've put 10k of it back into the game. On 10/16/23 I reached out to them and they said they needed proof of ownership of cards used to fund account and I submitted those. Also send pictures of cards theme self's. I received a message after reaching out that they would also need a signed and notarized affidavit which I did the same day and sent them back.

It is now 10/24/23 and they're telling me that everything is being reviewed. I've reached out every day since with the same answer every time. I need help on what to do.

Update I received a call from vip manager and he informed me that I would be receiving my funds within the next day or so. I'm at ease a little now
