I won 450$ on 11/24. This is my 2nd time winning. I redeemed 100$ and it went flawlessly. This time they have refused to pay me after redeeming for over 2 weeks. They refuse to reply to my emails or return my calls. I do not know what else to do and I cannot get ahold of anyone at all to help me find out if anything is even wrong. I have verified and redeemed before.

Just an update. I have talked to Customer Service Rep named Italia. This person refuses to help me via email. She first asked to verify the card I payed with. Which I payed with Apple Pay. I provided those documents and now the Rep is telling me those are now the documents. I have all the proof my money was used to play this and not a stolen card. They do this scam in order not to pay people out.
