I won $100 using daily login bonuses.
I redeemed to my bank for the first time 3 days ago.
I get an email this morning saying "your redemption request has been declined".
No reasoning at all was stated. I'm waiting for a response as to why.
I've broken no rules, read the terms of service, my account is fully verified, and I've done nothing at all wrong and use a well known brick and morter bank.
The winnings are back in my casino account.
Very frustrating as I need this $100 for groceries urgently.
