On 6/25 I redeemed $200. On 6/27 I redeemed another $100.Despite numerous phone calls telephone messages and get help chat lines the funds have not been deposited. I have several redemptions from pulsz prior to those dates. Customer support kept telling me to wait. I waited 2 weeks and started inquiring. It was met with the statement it had been processed and deposited in my bank. It had not as to my bank records..I pursued pulsz very aggressively and when I asked for the verification of payment they ceased all communication.I emailed approx 20 times with no response. None of my call or emails have been acknowledged or verified by pulszCustumer support was rude ineffective and barely understandable in heavy accented English? When asked for supervisor I was hung up on at least 5 times.Start all over the next day to no avail messages to zysi the parent company has gone unanswered and unpaid. I want pulsz to pay the $300 I won . The redemptions I did get before were on another card ending 8783. Redemptions I'm discussing are on different bank ending in 5109. Both cards were used in purchasing products from pulsz.and only card ending in ,8783 has had any deposits. Which are the ones in june.not paying is fraud but the complete brush off is very insulting. Repeating the same thing day after day
Now in limbo. I highly recommend avoiding this site all together as I have read a lot of similar cases. Don't waste your time dealing with this company all together.they are unsympathetic AROGANT gondensending rude and told me lie after lie. I've notified sever groups about this including the Iowa gaming commission the state attorney general and YSI directly. No responce no deposits. Use othér gaming dites and lower THIER revenue dramatically. That gets their attention. Boycott all YSI endeavors. I have all documents that show no pymt
