Been waiting on a redemption from pulsz since 9/30 with no update. Redemption amount is 5k. Had larger and smaller redemptions in the past with no issues.

Pulsz just keeps telling me I’ll hear from their “redemption team” in 24 hours then never get an email. I usually receive funds in 3 days longest I’ve waited was 5 days when it was larger amounts as I know anything over 2500 from them can take a little more time.

The main issue I’m having is their support not giving any update and just telling me I’ll hear from people that I never hear from.
