I play very often with them didn’t have issue redeeming my $8600. Now I have$4000 and $1000 that is in progress with cancel as an option. So I know it hasn’t been processed. I have verified my account as well as the one debit card I use as firm of payment. I be been waiting and first I redeemed like normal using trustly and then dayssss later I got email asking redeem either by bank transfer or skrill. I chose bank and still no email confirming redemption. I have submitted ticket to support and. I response back. I have played other places bec this is the gist where I encounter no one to assist. Almost as if I’m being ignored. Please help!!!! I’ve played more than I don. I enjoy it but not if they don’t honor redemptions.
