I am awaiting on several large redemptions and I understand the security checks are necessary and important. I was told my security verifications are complete and are awaiting to be paid out. It’s been approximately ten days. I have been emailing them requesting up to date Information in regards to paying out my redemptions but I have yet to receive an email back. It’s been more than 72 hours. When I speak to the representatives in the chat I get the same story over and over again, that it’s a manual process…which sort of gets frustrating.
They stated my case would be sent over to the necessary department and on top priority but it doesn’t feel like that. I would like some better communication, but all in all would like to be paid out. I spend A LOT, A LOT of money on the website and as quick as it was to take my deposits to play I would’ve hoped for my redemptions to be paid in a time sufficient manner especially since my account was verified and my security checks were complete, approved and validated. Hope someone can expedite this process.
However, on a good note. All of the representatives I spoke to via chat and email are very polite and professional.
I absolutely love Pulsz and the games are awesome and exciting. Thrilling. I recommend this site to many of my friends and they all seem to enjoy it and have been paid out much quicker than myself; even large amounts.
I’m Losing hope but I do hope this gets resolved quickly and I get paid out.

It’s not March 16th, 2023 and I have yet to receive any email in regards to payout of my redemptions even after receiving an email that identity and security checks were complete. It still states as follows :

This is absolutely ridiculous now. It’s Been close to fifteen days now and my redemptions are still in progress with the cancel button still there. I have received an email about one week ago saying all my verifications and security information are complete and they received my signed and notarized affidavit. Since this was all received why is it so difficult to just process my redemptions and pay me out. It’s simple, I won and I should be paid out in a timely manner.
I email and email constantly, and I get the same response; “please be patient as our team as to manually verify the redemptions.” What is there to manually verify?! I’m getting frustrated more so of the lack of response and the time frame it’s taking to pay me out. I spend a lot, a lot of money on the site and I’m just asking, but at this point begging to process my redemptions and PAY ME OUT! It’s turning what once was a great experience playing on the site to a horrible one with lack of communication and untimely payouts.
The bottom line is : I won, everything is verified and complete, I won fairly, followed the rules and terms and agreements and I should be PAID OUT !!! It’s simple !

To include in my last reply, the file attached is the same email I received three times as a response to my email to them in regards to a timely payout. No one seems to have their ducks in a row here. Customer service keeps escalating and I get not an inkling of feedback in regards to the matter. Few representatives have told me they have made my case a priority. Still absolutely nothing. They send me the same emails to appease me for the time being but unfortunately it doesn’t justify why my redemptions are not processed and paid.
Again, PLEASE, Pulsz …. I love your site and the games and enjoyment it brings but process and pay out my redemptions. What’s fair is fair. As quick as it takes my money to play, it should be somewhat quick to pay me out.
Trust me I understand it’s a large amount but enough time has passed since I been verified and approved in regards to all my checks.
Considering arbitration at this point because it seems unjust.
