So I had two redemptions on 2/28/2024 one for 501.37 and one for 501.87 and I was trying to redeem them. My account has already been verified they emailed me saying my payment was on its way then they emailed me saying I need to send info so I sent in my bank statements and sent the picture my card I used to buy the credits I won. They denied my bank statement cause they wanted it in pdf form so I promptly sent it back along with the picture of the card i used. So they accepted my bank statement and picture of card but now they want a picture of a expired cards I don't have anymore. I only used my apple pay and card.com premium when I bought credits using my card. I think they are trying to find a way not to pay me my redemptions please resolve this for me
