I have a difficult time explaining due to my disability. I deposited money using my chase credit card via Apple Pay. I won $11,000. I verified my account. I redeemed $7000.00. Pulsz said they need more verification. A photo of my credit card used and apple account 2398. With instructions. I did what asked. I received the exact instructions over and over and I sent the same information. Then they sent a photo saying I used credit card ending in 2398 which is impossible because that is my Apple account number. The phone number doesn’t work. They won’t call me. All help options are blocked from me. They are ignoring me now. I have emailed every email available connected to Pulsz.

Status change from pending to bank transfer. Fingers crossed it is resolved. Thank You I will update
