I have had a redemption of $7,000 showing since 6/22/24.

I have submitted several emails to their support services with no answer or even acknowledgment.

I have been verified and no personal information has been changed.

I do not understand what the issue is or if there is an issue.

Thank you in advance for your help.

I am very disappointed with Pulz.
