On June 5th I won $4,500.00. 2 days later, they sent me an email that said they needed verification. I immediately sent everything they asked for. I checked my account today and it has been wiped clean as far as I can not see my past winnings, I can not play and I can not send it for help. No one is communicating with me on where and when I’ll receive my winnings. I have waited the 48 hours per their guidelines and now they have deleted everything and blocked me. Please advise.
